This company signature is having steamed hot dog buns…well my bun wasn’t steamed at all. Felt and taste just like it came out the plastic wrap with all the other buns. Then fries were lukewarm. Just terrible….period.
Went thru the drive thru today to get my son 2 “plain” hotdogs. Got to window, paid, and receive 2 chili dogs. Asked for them to be remade and they would not do it. Said I’d have to pay again if I wanted to change the order. Spoke with the manager, got the same response. I asked if they’re willing to lose a customer for life over a $0.50 hotdog. She said “sorry we can’t help you”. Where has real customer service gone? I wasn’t asking for a new filet mignon to be cooked. It’s a hotdog for goodness sakes. They have now lost a customer over $0.50.
Live out of state now, but always crave a nice Weiner Works slaw dog. The restaurant was fairly busy as the noon hour when I arrived. Staff is very friendly, handling walk ins, drive through, and delivery services with ease. The slaw dog and fries were good. But taste is a little different than I remember. Not sure if there has been a supplier change on any of the ingredients? Best value anywhere.
